About the trails
Mackenzie King Estate (Trail 63)
This easy trail winds through the gardens of the estate of former Canadian Prime Minister William Lyon Mackenzie King.
We'll share a hot chocolate in the Kingswood garage.
Visitor Centre (Trails 60, 61)
Two easy loops right next to the Gatineau Park Visitor Centre are perfect for a short hike. Chocolate tasting in the sugar shack.
North sector (Trails 73, 74, 75)
The north sector includes three trails around Philippe, Renaud and Taylor lakes. Two of them (74 and 75) are easy and lead to the magnificent Chalet Renaud, while the third (73) borders Lac Philippe. We'll leave from parking lot P20 for a return trip to the bonfire for a hot chocolate in the great outdoors.
Meech Creek Valley (Trails 72)
The Meech Creek Valley trails, of difficult and very difficult levels, lead to the Herridge and Healey Relais, renowned for their architectural value, and the Brown Lake Relais. We'll visit trail 72, a very easy trail that starts at parking lot P15. We'll make a return trip to the firepit to enjoy a hot chocolate in the great outdoors.
