From June 1rst to June 30, GIV3 and CanadaHelps are hosting the Great Canadian Giving Challenge. This year, each dollar donated to the Friends of Gatineau Park through CanadaHelps will be a chance for us to win $20,000.
In the current context, obviously, we understand if you cannot afford to give or if you prefer to donate to humanitarian organizations. However, if you can afford to donate, the Great Canadian Giving Challenge is an excellent opportunity to help the organization of your choice since your donation will give it the chance to win even more financial support.
If you've chosen to donate to us, you help us run the chance to be able to increase our offer of educational services about nature and the Park. With $20,000 we will be able to enhance our offer and increase our resources to reach hundreds (even thousands) more people and help them connect with nature.
In addition, if we reach $1,200, one of our regular Custodians of a Legacy will donate $600 toward the creation of online content for Parks Day.
